Elegant Flyer Sled

Sometimes the perfect gift is something extraordinary -- beautiful, unique, playful. The Elegant Flyer is just that, a sled built like a piece of fine furniture that trumps everything else on the sledding hill. Each is made of fine figured woods and each sled is signed and numbered by the sledmaker.
This sled is perfect on a wall, and even better on a good steep hill!

Stainless steel hardware is used throughout. The pivot design give fabulous turning power, even on snowpacked slopes.

We use a wide variety of woods, from flame birch (shown at right and below) to cherry, walnut, maple, and many others.
